Manasquan is a unique community made up of people who have lived here their entire lives and people who have moved here within the last few years. We are proud of not only our time honored traditions but the new events that are becoming traditions. We are a community of people who care about our town, and our neighbors and who are willing to get involved.
As you stroll down our streets, please remember that there is more to the downtown area than just “Main Street”. There are shops and restaurants on Broad Street, South Street, along Route 71, as well as east of the railroad tracks, down by the beach front and inlet areas. Our members also extend to the surrounding towns as well. No matter what you are looking for, we think Manasquan has it all.

Garden State Parkway from the north
- Garden State Parkway Exit 98 toward l-195 Belmar/Pt. Pleasant/Trenton
- Merge onto State Route 34. Pass through one roundabout.
- Take the ramp toward Sea Girt/Manasquan.
- Turn right onto Atlantic Avenue/County Hwy-524 Spur
- Slight left onto Tilton’s Corner Road
- Take the first left onto Ridgewood Road. Sunnyside Manor is on the right.
Route 34 from the north
- Route 34 south from the Garden State Parkway
- Take the ramp toward Sea Girt/Manasquan.
- Turn right onto Atlantic Avenue/County Hwy-524 Spur
- Slight left onto Tilton’s Corner Road
- Take the first left onto Ridgewood Road. Sunnyside Manor is on the left.
- Garden State Parkway Exit 98 toward NJ 138-W
- Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Garden State Parkway N/lnterstate 195W/New Jersey 34
- Keep right at the fork and merge onto NJ-138W
- Take exit 35A to merge onto NJ-34S/Rte 34S/5tate 34S toward Brielle/Pt Pleasant/Garden state Pkwy S
- Merge onto NJ-34 S/Rte 34 S/State 34 S
- Take the exit toward Sea Girt/Manasquan
- Turn right onto Atlantic Avenue/County Hwy-524 Spur (signs for Sea Girt/Manasquan)
- Slight left onto Tilton’s Corner Road
- Take the first left onto Ridgewood Road. Sunnyside Manor is on the right.
- Route 34 north towards the Garden State Parkway
- Turn right onto Ridgewood Road. Sunnyside Manor is on the left.
